Apple was expected to announce this week the launch of a ring of low Earth-orbit satellites offering high-bandwidth Internet access to Apple devices, but disappointed Wall Street by just announcing updates to iOS 9.2, OS X 10.11.2, Apple tvOS 9.1, and Apple Watch 2.1, plus Xcode, Swift, and other mythical creatures.
