Apple doesn't promote it as a feature in their advertising, so most of us were startled to discover the new Apple eMate works upside down. Write something by hand with the stylus, and the eMate turns it into printed text. This also works if you are typing: it is a thrill to see your text flow from the bottom right corner across the screen, gradually moving left and up.
