Don Essick, Washington Apple Pi Vice President for Macintosh programs, taking a look at one of Apple's new StyleWriter inkjet printers. While the StyleWriter name wasn't new, the entire line of printers had just been introduced, so Pi members answered questions about them by hooking the printers up and printing things. The ease of connecting a brand-new printer and getting something to actually print -- with no instructions -- impressed veterans of "other machines."
