We will start with our award-winning (delivery of the awards appears to be caught up in the supply chain crisis) Question & Answer session, plus an introduction to the new membership portal via Join It.
Next, a panel of three will talk about password managers, possibly the greatest labor and sanity saving advance since the invention of the computer, with special emphasis on 1Password and Apple's Keychain.
Next, we will have a presentation on providing (or receiving) technical assistance via SharePlay, Apple's new screen sharing technology.
A brief background:
We'll also have a quick history of screen sharing on the Macintosh.
And we'll do a random door prize winner of a $25 Apple Gift Card.
The Zoom meeting invitation will be posted on the Pi's conferencing system, the TCS, and sent out to members via Email. Please check your Zoom profile online to be sure it contains your full name, because for security reasons, we can't let anyone in without their full name.
Pro tip: if you use the Zoom app (instead of a web browser), check in advance that you have version 5.9.1 or better.
You can also watch the presentation without touching Zoom via www.wap.org/live.
We'll start with a Q&A, so please send us any questions for us to queue up for the panel.
Please remember to use theĀ Attendance Check-in link, https://wap.org/attend
