Within moments of getting everything back in place and running,
modem lights started flickering as users logged on -- to both the
Explorer service (questing out across the Internet) and the TCS
bulletin board. We've noticed that, no matter what the hour or day,
a user seems to log on within minutes once a
piece of equipment is returned to service.
